If you have a more powerful microwave you may want to reduce the cooking power or time. After cooking leave bag in microwave another minute. They will continue to cook. Can cut multiple potatoes at a time. To test for doneness, poke the potato with a fork. If not soft enough cook another 3-4 minutes letting them set again for 1 minute. Pouch will be damp. Pouch can be used for any vegetable you cook in the microwave ? you will need to experiment with the time and doneness you want. Use to reheat baked rolls or biscuits. The pouch has been serged on all seams for durability and to keep from fraying. DONOT use as a pot holder or set hot pots on. This can burn and wear the cotton down.
