Honestly had low expectations as some of the reviews were negative. I don’t think most know how to properly finish Gnocchi. Cook in water till 70% done finish in the pan w a lil olive oil to sear them. We opted for truff pasta sauce .. really good, texture was nice, taste was great. Really surprised to see any negative reviews. Again I’m going to say they were not cooked properly
