Love, love, love this stainless steel potato cutter. My husband is king of French fries and having this machine has cut down the prep time so he’s not cutting by hand anymore. The uniformity of the fry is great and adds to the professional look of his delicious fries. He loves it. I also use it to cut cucumbers for a salad. I’m sure you can cut all different kinds of veggies, but I’ve only used it for potatoes and cucumbers and it’s fabulous. Oh! You also can choose between 2 types of thickness. It’s very easy to clean with a little soapy water. To have more than one option is very handy. I think this is a great Fathers Day gift.
