Cooking time for one medium potato with a 1125 watt microwave is usually 5 minutes. Don?t put pouch on paper plate or any plate just lay in middle of microwave. If you have a more powerful microwave you may want to reduce the cooking power or time. After cooking leave bag in microwave another minute. They will continue to cook.
